Training Patterns at Gudo Seishinkan Kendojo

- Stretching (15 mins)
- Physical Training on Leg Muscles
- Suburi & Kirikaeshi
- Stretching & Rest (5 mins)
- Put on Full Set of Bogu (gear)
- Basic & Kirikaeshi & Seme Training
- Waza Training
- Stretching
- How to do Uchikomi keiko & How to be Good Motodachi
- How to do Ai men uchi
- How to do Ai kakari keiko & How to be Good Motodachi
- Stretching
- Keiko / Shiai keiko / Taichiai (about 20 minutes)
- Stretching (10 mins)
- End of Practice

However at the time when we are using other smaller sports centre than
QE stadium and depends on the no. of participants we may not have keiko to avoid injury and most important there are many mirrors in the other sports centre.

For visitors from local and overseas you are most welcome to experience our training, but we have only 20 mins for keiko / shiai keiko / tachiai. 

If you are looking for more keiko, please contact the Association (9432 7865 Mr. Leung) or other affiliated dojo of HKKA (www.hongkongkendo.com) for their training schedules.
